How are you all are recovering from what I'm sure was another wild Halloween? If you're anything like Dr. Marnie and myself, you had fun but are a little worse for the wear. Your legs are probably sore from running from the police and you're a bit scratched up from hiding in your neighbor's rose bushes. (Hopefully you didn't have to spend all night there like we did!) And then, the next day being just another ol' Tuesday, you had to get right back in the swing of things without coming up for air. Today, dear reader, I give you permission to relax. Go ahead, leave work early. Take a bubble bath. Have a glass of wine. Have another glass of wine. Watch some schlocky TV. Have a cocktail. And unwind with this mellow little popcast. You deserve it.

Gina Zee,
ths is just what I needed! Its like an ice pack for my soul or a hot soak for my feet of life. On second thought, forget the forced metaphors and just accept my gratitude for giving us this lovely playlist.
Gracias!
-Dr. M.
ps: also, I really dig the photo of my family as this week’s popcast image. they love you, you know.
ps: I love Lhasa De Sela. She has a voice like an angel and I always get a little choked up when I hear her because she passed away from breast cancer last year. What a loss, sigh. (sniff.)
Hey Dr. M! I’m glad this week’s popcast soothed your soul and cooked your nose meat. And how could I not use a photo of your family? Such a handsome group!
I know, so sad about Lhasa de Sela. I’ve actually only heard a few of her songs; are there any that you’d recommend?
YES. This is such a beautiful song: “Fools Gold”
